The Story of Hidden Figures

Based on a true story, Hidden Figures is about a group of African American female mathematicians that served as the brains behind one of the greatest operations in U.S. history. The mission consisted of a race between the United States and Russia to put a man in space. NASA had found the untapped talent in this group, calling them, “human computers”. The plotline follows as we follow Dorothy Vaughan, Mary Jackson, and Katherine Gobels Johnson as they quickly rise through the ranks of NASA, alongside many of history's greatest minds with calculating the momentous launch of astronaut John Glenn into orbit, and guaranteeing his safe return.
